A compact solution for small and medium-sized dairies.
An economical yet professional machine for cheese paraffining, equipped with an electronic temperature controller (up to 130°C) and a 9.5 kW heater immersed in thermal oil. The interchangeable stainless steel container (1.5 mm thick) allows for easy color changes. A tray with handles enables convenient manual dipping of cheeses up to 360 x 150 mm. The boiler is insulated with mineral wool, improving energy efficiency and operational safety.
An optional lid and drain tap are available.
